Dreaming of Red Earth, Site-Specific Installation, 2018

Dreaming of Red Earth was a site-specific installation based on wall murals (which are mostly painted with red clay and indigo blue) printed photographs, found objects and sound. The work acted as poetic documentation of my community engagement with the migrant laborers in Vadodara (India) for two years (from 2016-2018). The installation also sheds light on the severe agrarian crisis of India.
